How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system anytime, 24/7.
Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your service total.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice can transfer the deposit to a future appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, Glow by Gabrielle operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives a personalized experience.

Which facial is best for me?
If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking a Signature HydraFacial or consulting with us directly. We’ll customize your treatment plan based on your skin goals and concerns.
What is the difference between Signature, Deluxe, and Platinum HydraFacials?
Signature HydraFacial focuses on deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration.
Deluxe HydraFacial includes targeted booster serums and LED light therapy.
Platinum HydraFacial includes lymphatic drainage, booster customization, LED therapy, dermaplaning, and a mask for the ultimate treatment experience.
Is there downtime after a facial?
Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some corrective treatments may cause temporary redness, dryness, or flaking depending on the service.
How often should I get a HydraFacial?
For best results, we typically recommend treatments every 4–6 weeks depending on your skin goals.
Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant?
Certain treatments and ingredients may need to be modified during pregnancy. Please notify us before your appointment so we can customize your treatment safely.
Do you offer treatments for acne?
Yes. We specialize in customized corrective skincare treatments designed to target acne, congestion, inflammation, and post-acne discoloration.
What is HydraScalp by Keravive?
HydraScalp is a scalp-focused treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the scalp while supporting healthier, fuller-looking hair.

Before & After Your Appointment
Should I stop using retinol before my treatment?
Yes. We recommend discontinuing retinols, exfoliants, and active acids 3–5 days before certain treatments unless instructed otherwise.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
For best results, we recommend allowing your skin to breathe for the remainder of the day after your treatment.
What should I avoid after my appointment?
Depending on the treatment, avoid excessive heat, intense workouts, exfoliation, and direct sun exposure for 24–72 hours.
